Our medium size weighs aprox 4 oz to 5 oz and the length will be about 5" to 6" and the diameter between 1 and 1 1/2 inches (these are bigger around than the small size). We hand weigh and grade each piece but because every antler is unique, the length and diameter will vary from piece to piece. This size recommended for small to medium size dogs.
