• Entries accepted through Sept 20, 2008. Public voting will begine Sept 22, 2008. Contest is open to adults over the age of 18 in the USA. Sorry, no international entries will be considered for prizes. If an international entry wins the voting contest, prizes will be sent to the runner up from the USA, but the international entry winner's photo will be posted to our website in addition to the USA Runner Up.
• Entries must be sent via email - no more than Two (2) images can be submitted from the same household. Image size should be at least 640 x 480 pixels.
• Photographs taken by professional photographers cannot be considered. By submitting photos to the contest, you verify that you are the copyright holder for each photo submitted and have the legal authority to assign reprint rights to Wag-N-Train LLC for the purpose of this contest and future commercial use.
• Please be sure to include your pet's name in the email and a little about them 50 words or less, telling us what they like to do, what was happening in the photo or how they became a member of your family, as well as your own name and contact information if you should be the winner
• Judging will be conducted by voter polls if possible. If the voter polls become corrupted, winner will be chosen by Wag-N-Train LLC. Winners will be notified via email; they will be announced on the web site at the close of voting. All decisions are final.
• By entering, you agree to allow Wag-N-Train LLC to display your submitted photos on the web site http://www.Wag-N-TrainLLC.com for the purpose of this contest and release the photo to Wag-N-Train LLC to use as we see fit in promoting this website, our products, or any other commercial use at no compensation to the contest submitter.
• Winner will receive their prize 2-6 weeks after notification if a valid USA mailing address is provided either at the time of contest entry or upon email notification of winner. Wag-N-Train will award prize package to match the size and type of pet that wins the contest, the awarded prize package content will be listed on the website after the winner is announced.
• Photographs will be placed on the website in order they are received and submissions may span multiple pages depending upon amount of entries recieved.
